Prof. Dr. Jan Pieter van Oudenhoven (Chairman) graduated from the Universtiy of Leiden in social psychology. He started his career in Latin America as a UNESCO associate expert in educational programmes for farmers. He is currently professor of cross-cultural psychology at the University of Groningen.

Prof. Dr. Karen van der Zee graduated as a personality psychologist from the University of Groningen. She is director of the Institute of Integration and Social Resilience at the same university. Her research focuses on cultural diversity in organisations.
