Paulien Linnenbank MA is an organisational psychologist. She has 15 years experience in the domain of HRM with respect to training, coaching, assessment and policy development among other things. She was employed by several international organisations in which people of diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds collaborated intensively. She is fascinated by working on the improvement of communication between people of different cultural backgrounds.
